Soycon-S is functional Soya Protein Concentrate, it has a superior fat emulsion and excellent water binding capacity in a variety of bowl cutting and tumbling technologies. It absorbs more than 5 times its weight in water and remains moisture in high fat formulation.

This product is for blending with meat for making emulsion sausages,it is like ADM''S Arcon-s.
